Both homes are progressing as scheduled...
The lower and upper ground floors have been constructed using Natural Yorkshire Stone, with the remaining first floor set to be completed in early December.
We are excited to begin the roof installations heading into December, this will allow us to see the full scale of these beautiful homes.

Initial Levelling
of the Site and Pouring of Foundations
(April - June 24)
The build began with digging down and levelling of the site ready for the foundations being poured for the retaining wall.
First the concrete was poured for the retaining wall foundations, shuttering was constructed and concrete poured for the retaining wall.
A special waterproof membrane is then applied to the retaining wall to prevent all damp from getting through to the homes.
The foundations are then poured ready for the first blocks to be laid.
